Returns and Exchanges

  • Ensure that your return or exchange meets the policy requirements listed below.
  • Email, in the subject line put RETURN LABEL NEEDED and your ORDER NUMBER.
  • Our customer support team will create and email you a return label to send your item back.
  • Insert your item(s) into the original packaging or similar packaging.
  • Apply the return label.
  • Please drop off at a nearby UPS location dropoff location. Click here.
  • Items purchased in store and at are eligible for a refund or exchange if returned within 30 days from delivery of your package.
  • Cuff links, Gift Cards, or any items marked SALE / FINAL SALE, are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or free return shipping.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Any alterations to any garment VOIDS any return or exchange.
  • Bespoke garments and footwear are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
